You can subscribe easily here. Orders for each limited edition box close on the 15th of the month.
Yes you can! You can buy a gift subscription by clicking on the gift button at the checkout and be sure to put the delivery address of the recipient.
When you buy a subscription, your card will be debited that day, and then on the first day of the next month or the month after your 3rd, 6th, or 12th box depending on which subscription you subscribed to.
You’re not tied into a contract and are free to cancel your subscription at any time.
You will be notified about the next month's project and any other news, promotions or offers by email.
How do I update my address / bank details or cancel my subscription?
If you’d like to change your card or cancel your subscription, you can log into your account with us once you have subscribed.
To change only your delivery address, please email us at sarahlovestosewshop@gmail.com and we’ll update our system and reply to let you know this has happened. Please let us know by the last day of a calendar month to make sure we send it to the correct address the following month.
When you cancel your subscription, no further payments will be taken, but any boxes you have already paid for will be posted to you.
SUBSCRIPTIONS: As each monthly subscription box is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for these items. We pack every box with utmost care, but if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit, let us know by emailing sarahlovestosewshop@gmail.com, and we’ll do all we can to help.
We use a secure ecommerce platform and don't keep customers financial details, including your card information.
